thanks tanya!

lloyd, it sorta disturbs me to think of you in giant felt booties with flowers or chicks. i'm thinkin it's not not a good idea. what about fleece?

april, sorry...i can't sell them. i got the pattern here: (http://www.heatherbaileydesign.com/Booties.html)
and can only use them for gifts. i'd be happy to make them if you let me know what you want. ; )

ange, those are so cute! i want to learn to knit baby booties but i have trouble knitting things that require a shape. i do better with long straight lines, like scarves! : )

yeah...the possibility of me actually making these booties myself is sooo slim. i'm not the creative type when it comes to this kind of stuff...could i pay for the stuff to make 'em? you could choose to make them however you want...april

Could those requests for the little suckers be considered booty calls?

booty calls; that's great. you should see these booties in person; soooo cute! Makes my little biological clock go tick tock. Sometimes, anyway:)

I still think the chick and flower ones are the cutest, but I think the leaf and acorn and leaf/flower ones would be great for little elf babies. You know in Lothlorien or Rivendell or Mirkwood. I think the Mirkwood elves get the acorn ones.

interesting...i was watching "return of the king" when i made the leaf/flower/acorn ones....elf babies might need ear-warmers too--pointy ones.

these are SO adorable! and they require no knitting or crocheting for which I have no talent. Mary beth tried to learn from Sally but her left-handed-ness and lack of genetic talent impared her. I will have to show her the pattern you posted so she can try these. Annijah JUST started crawling yesterday (to get to her little noise making cell phone - she SO takes after her mommie) so it won't be long before these could be a sliding hazard for a new walker BUT still fantastic gifts.
